Our medical plan offers options to help our employees and their covered dependents with covered hospital, surgical, medical expenses and prescription drug coverage.
Our dental plan pays a portion of covered dental expenses for our employees and their covered dependents.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
FSA allows employees to contribute up to a maximum dollar amount on a pre-tax basis for eligible medical expenses not covered by health insurance as well as eligible dependent care expenses.
Short-Term Disability (STD)
STD coverage, provided at no cost to the employee, protects the employee's income in the event of a non-occupational injury or illness. The STD plan pays a percentage of weekly salary if the employee is unable to perform the essential duties of his/her own occupation solely because of an injury or illness.
Long-Term Disability (LTD)
LTD coverage provides monthly income benefits for those who cannot perform the essential duties of their occupations due to illnesses or injuries occurring on or off the job. This benefit is at no cost to the employee.
Basic life insurance is provided to full-time employees at no cost. Coverage is based on annual salary. Optional employee, spouse and dependant life insurance coverage are also available.
