HLA QC Supervisor

 SPECIFIC DUTIES: - ESSENTIAL (Employee MUST be able to execute):

•Inspecting a variety of incoming parts per written inspection procedures. Note rejects by category, segregate and log appropriately on log sheet and/or Oracle.
•May perform other QC tasks as needed with appropriate direction such as printed wire board inspection and cleaning or rework of piece parts if required by MRB disposition.
•Supervise, prioritize and generate daily work schedules for all IQC work.
•Perform/assist first article inspection on new components.
•Ensure all procedures and specifications for both QC and production are in place; current version properly released, etc.
•MRB and assist in disposition of failing material.

OTHER WORK TO BE PERFORMED:

•Other duties as assigned.
•On-going communication with co-workers and engineers.

EQUIPMENT AND/OR MACHINES TO BE USED:

•Microscopes
•Calipers
•Simple test sets (backlight, checker, multimeter)
•Vision-based dimensional measurements system

WORKING CONDITIONS/EXPOSURES (environment):

•Cleanroom environment.
•Secured/Locked area

Education: High School or equivalent.

Experience: 5 years manufacturing experience to include clean room and quality assurance experience. .

Technical Knowledge: Familiar with MS-Office programs, Outlook/e-mail, and ISO 9001 procedures.
