Job Description

Specific Duties: - Essential (employee MUST be able to execute): • Reviewing product/customer specifications for accuracy and manufacturing feasibility. • Creating or modifying reactor recipes for calibration and production. • Reviewing and interpreting characterization data. • Monitoring statistical process control charts • Scheduling maintenance and participating in system troubleshooting. • Conducting failure analyses and preparing corrective action. • Tracking systems manufacturing metrics including yield and tool utilization reports. • Reviewing customer data for performance correlation analysis • Installing new equipment • Able to travel up to 20% of the time, primarily to Taiwan. Requirements

Desired Job Qualifications: Education: BS in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or Physics. Experience: 5+ years in MOCVD growth and research; familiarity with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project, Data Sets and SQL querying (we use Oracle), SPC techniques; FMEA, DOE, cleanroom experience; semiconductor device fabrication. Experience supporting and/or bringing remote sites up to speed.
