Kopin utilizes sophisticated software automation systems designed specifically to monitor HBT product quality throughout the pre-production (calibration), production (transistor growth) and post-production (transistor test and wafer inspection) processes. We test transistor parameters to ensure that the HBT transistor wafers are fully qualified prior to shipment to our customers' fabs.
