SXGA 0.62” LCD Color Display

The SXGA LCD color-filter is an Active Matrix Liquid Crystal Display (AMLCD) with a resolution of 1280 x 1024 x RGB. The SXGA LCD (0.62”) utilizes high-performance single crystal silicon transistors providing 3,932,160 active dots.

The ultra-compact, ultra-low power, internal Common (VCOM) Line Heater SXGA is ideal for emerging wearables for commercial or industrial or rugged applications.
The SXGA features Kopin’s low-voltage architecture for low-power consumption and compatibility with CMOS driver ICs. Unidirectional horizontal and bidirectional vertical scanner circuits are integrated along with a sleep mode to simplify system power management. The internal Row and Common Line Heaters allow operations at low temperatures.

The SXGA LCD accepts parallel RGB analog inputs and can be driven by Kopin’s A253 driver display. An efficient waveguide white LED backlight is used for LCD illumination.
